Chhukhung Ri viewpoint  (5417m) with Nuptse behind.

This walk is well worth the effort.  To the north is the big rock wall of Nuptse and Lhotse.  Turn around to face south and you have Island Peak on your left and Ama Dablam ahead in a sea of other peaks.

And, looking down, you can see how the lodges of Chhukhung sit on the edge of a great junction of glaciers.
